AquaBabes
Confidence is key
Here we welcome both baby and parent or carer to the water, offering a gentle introduction to the water. Over the course of the AquaBabes programme we work on confidence providing support and comfort.
AquaTots
Dive Right In
AquaTots is one of our extremely popular programmes, Each session is jam packed with activities to keep your toddlers engaged. Here we focus on key stage skills through role play. Simply let us know your toddlers previous experience and confidence in the water.
AquaFit
SwimSanity
SwimSanity is High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) in a water workout. Designed to have low impact with inter changeable drills giving participants an effective workout every time.

I have lived in Lincoln all of my life and feel extremely passionate about giving something back to the community. Having two daughters go through baby and toddler swimming lessons means I often understand the struggles parents and carers face in the water. As each year passes there isn’t a situation, toddler tantrum or changing room dilemma I haven’t come across.
I love to provide a calm and inviting environment for new parents and carers as they introduce their precious new bundle to the water. I strive to provide a fun and energetic session for the over boisterous toddlers who need to burn off some energy.
Most of all I aim to be an infectious role model of a lifesaving skill for parents, carers, babies and toddlers. I want to facilitate a learning environment like you have never seen before. I want to make a difference!
